WebMar 20, 2024 · Ronald Breslow (later known as Ron to friends and colleagues) was born in March 1931 in Rahway, New Jersey. The first of two children, he was followed later by his sister, Diane; figure 1 shows him with proud parents. His father, Alexander, was a doctor in general practice in Rahway before World War II, and Ron spent his early childhood there.
