This event provides services at one convenient location to those in the community who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. WebThe Scott-Carver PCC helps 400 – 500 individuals each year. The people PCC helps our neighbors in Scott County and Carver County who are struggling to meet basic needs. This may be due to a medical emergency, a disability, untreated mental illness, physical illness, disaster, job loss, domestic violence or addiction.
