WebMar 9, 2024 · Problem: Badge is missing from the Outlook Program icon on the taskbar, even with Badges turned on. (Not the icon in the notification bar). Working Solution: I made a blank rule that applied to all mail and did nothing. As soon as the rule was in place, the Badge started showing again on a new mail arriving.
