WebApr 8, 2024 · Eos M50 resetting date & time. Apr 4, 2024. 1. Hi, has anyone had any problem with the Canon EOS M50 Re setting the date and time when the battery is out. I took some photos a week ago and took the battery out when I got home, as i do with my other cameras. I Went to put the battery in today and it’s reset the date and time again. WebFeb 6, 2024 · Same problem with a brand new Canon EOS M50 Mark II camera (4 months old). Screen suddenly showed colored stripes while scrolling through menus and then shut off. Now it won't turn on anymore. Tried using the Canon OEM battery as well as 3rd party batteries. Did you ever figure out a solution, or did you end up returning the camera?
